Once again mother nature was kind to us for our first Mercedes AMG Drive Day of 2018.Just the week before our event a blanket of snow was covering the area but thankfully that had cleared and although the skies were gloomy at times the roads were dry. A glut of A45 AMGs made up the bulk of the group on this day, along with a couple of SLs and a delicious AMG GTR for good measure.Our carefully planned route took in some great roads and scenery including the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountain Pass, Elan Valley and a several more that we’ll keep to ourselves for now.We finished late afternoon in Llandrindod Wells and after some liquid refreshment said our goodbyes, until the next time.Thanks go out to everyone who attended, some travelling a long way for the event – you made it a great day.Our next Mercedes AMG Drive Day is on Sunday June 17th, in North Wales.
